Customer Review: The sprayer malfunctioned

The product itself worked very well, but the sprayer malfunctioned right off the bat. First, the tube leading from the bottom of the bottle to the hose fell off and was a hassle to put back on, since it involved emptying the whole 1-1/2 gallon bottle. Then the sprayer quit working all together. It wasn't just a matter of dead batteries, either, since it kept trying to spray but couldn't. We double checked and triple checked to make sure the nozzle was in the right position, also, so it wasn't simply a matter of user error.
I will not get this again. While it was a great idea in theory, it didn't work in practice. I recommend getting an enzyme deodorizer and spraying it the old fashioned way.

We have an incontinent child who has accidents almost daily. Our therapist recommended Nature's Miracle and we eagerly purchased it at a local pet store (for a ridiculous price) and tried it out. We were amazed! The odor was remarkably less noticable, even on carpets that had been boo-boo'd weeks prior to using this product and we are telling all our friends about Nature's Miracle. I haven't had any problems with the sprayer or the hose & I've been re-using the same sprayer container for 4-months now. Just need to replace the batteries and away I go.
I can't recommend this product enough. It's been a real life (and sanity!) saver for us.

This stuff works, but you must be committed. It takes several treatments to really get the smell out of the carpet. So between my black light pee finder, and this battery-powered spray gun, I just keep going over the places that still light up. My cat is old, and I think he may have diabetes, which makes it hard for him to make it to the toilet (were taking him to the vet today), so he definately wasn't doing this on purpose. But I sure don't want my house to smell like pee. So I just keep working on these spots, and they are slowly getting better. The pee must of hit the bottom of the actual floor, and that's why it's taking so long.Customer Review: Works for deodorizing sports equipment, too

I've always kept Nature's Miracle in my house because I have a dog, so I laughed when a friend told me that she uses it to remove the perspiration odor from her sons' sports equipment. Indeed, the label states that it works on perspiration odors. And it really does. I've been using it ever since to deodorize my son's ice hockey equipment and lacrosse pads. It's also great for athletic shoes. The large bottle with the sprayer is really helpful if you have more than one child and lots of equipment to keep fresh.
This is a great product with multi-uses! I'm sure I will find more ways to use it.

Purchased Nature's Miracle Stain and Odor Remover and it worked wonders. Ours is a 2 dog household and the carpet was looking and smelling like it. So far, the stains have come out with a little elbow grease. Next we will be working on the smell. As per the instructions, we are waiting for a few dry days to saturate the carpet to get the Odor remover down to the pad.
The only minor problem so far, as others have stated, is that the sprayer could be better. But that's a minor problem. Also, there was a hitch in the shipping but I emailed Petco and they were right on it. Great customer service.
