Customer Review: Poor top closure, does not switch to warm at high altitudes

The screw-on top on my unit was very hard to close properly, and when it got stuck it was even harder to remove. The complicated push-button pouring mechanism did not allow free flow and it prevented complete emptying of contents.
This unit is supposed to switch to "keep warm" setting when water boils. Only after reading the instruction manual did I learn that this feature does not operate at a high altitude, which is where I live. That information should have been available before purchase--had I known, I never would have ordered it. All in all, a very disappointing product.
