Customer Review: Bought it at Brookstone store, broken

I bought this fan at a Brookstone store, in another state. I opened the box to check it, it appeared to have never been opened or taken out. When I got it home, it was broken and couldn't be repaired. $20 gone. After reading other reviews, I am not too upset!!!
