I installed this faucet on a laundry sink in my basement, and it works perfectly. I particularly like the top-feed connections, which I plumbed from PEX lines using an appropriate adapter, because my hot and cold water are coming from the ceiling above the sink. Also, the mounting flanges can be screwed directly to the side or back wall of the sink( in my case an old cast iron one). I did have to do a small amount of grinding on the brass to get the faucet to lie flush and horizontal on the sink deck, but that was no trouble. If you can, get the version of this that has the quarter-turn valves, rather than the washer-type.
