I bought this with only one intention. I needed to sift flour and other dry ingredients for some homemade fish and chips I wanted to make. I knew in buying this that it might not get much use after that, so I was looking for a deal. This sifter was on sale and also included in Amazons 4-for-3 promotion, so it was an easy choice. As for it's use, it works just fine. Easy to fill, crank and clean, so no complaints from me.
