I already own this, so I bought it as a gift for a friend. She loves it, too! It is easy to use and the cleanup is super fast. Service from my seller was EXCELLENT!!! It arrived quickly, and was packaged really well to make the trip across the country. I would buy from her again, and recommend her to everyone!Customer Review: Not too bad.

Along with another hot cocoa machine, I own this one and it works pretty well. It's much noisier than I like, but it does whip up a delicious hot cocoa and whatever else I can think to toss in there and experiment with! And I like that I could take the pitcher off separately from the base for easy cleaning.Customer Review: Love it!

This is sooo fun...I make hot chocolate for my college age kids when they are home over the holidays. It makes several cups at once and produces a nice, hot, no skim on top, cup of hot chocolate!
