Moving Men 8-Piece Furniture Slider Set
This is okay for moving furniture on a rug. Do not use them on bare floors of any kind, regardless of what the directions say. I made the mistake of believing the directions, that they would not scratch non scratchable floors. They may not scratch them, but they do mar them. The mar will probably rub out with some work, but am not happy that happened. They work very well on carpeted floors and are almost effortless with that task. So I am not recommending this product for uncovered flooring of any kind, but will give it a heads up for carpeted floors.

A couple of years back, I bought this from an As-Seen-On-TV store for $20. Recently I paid $10 for another set for a friend. At $10, I thought it was a steal. At $3.59 on Amazon...!
A word of Caution - this works ONLY on carpet. On wooden or other hard floors, it gets scratched easily. If they had stated this clearly in the description, I would have given it 5 Stars. The idea of attaching felt strips by another reviewer is smart way, but not something that my set came with.
BTW, if used properly, it works amazing when used on Carpet to move anything, including heavy furniture. When needed I move my 200lb TV while on its stand all by myself. Sofa, table etc are a breeze.

I was skeptical when I bought this but was I surely surprised when I used it. I have a wrought iron coffee table that weighs about 300 lbs. which I can't move without help. But putting the big gliders in, even my 9 yr old daughter was able to slide it by herself.
This is the best thing there is that is an "AS SEEN ON TV" product.
I only gave it a 4 star because although it makes moving furniture so much easier, you still need someone to lift up the furniture so that you can slip the disks under. Taking the disks out from under them when the furniture has been moved to a corner was way difficult for a one person job - you definitely need some help on this one.

These are the best thing since sliced bread!They work and make my job much easier.I clean and reinstall carpet for a living so I use MOVING MEN EVERY DAY.When my customers see me use them and how great they work they ask where they can get some.Moving furniture is a pain in the back.I can move a couch or loaded bookshelf by myself and put less stress on me and the furniture using these sliders.My customers like them so much that I often seem to have a few "missing" when I leave their home.So I'm back buying more.BTW I have tried other brands and Moving Men are well made and last longer than others.They are a DEAL!not a dud.

The cost was so modest, I really wasn't expecting much from this product but what a great surprise! I moved all the furniture out of the room bedroom with ease. That's two large dressers, computer desks, bookcases, night stands and all were loaded, I didn't have to take the drawers out! The larger ones worked best because I did not have much small furniture. I had no problem going from carpet to a tile floor or from bare concrete to painted floor. I was afraid they would marr my newly painted floor but slid easily and did not scuff the floor.
