if you want a piece of wood to hang on your wall..here it is. For a pizza peel it's useless. You have a 500 degree oven for cooking a pizza...lets glue some wood together and cover it in varnish..yeah, the varnish melts..and you can be guaranteed since they glued the thing together that'll it'll separate at those temps. old gramps, or whomever designed this, needs to spend a little more time in the kitchen.
