This is my new favorite kitchen gadget (if you can call a slab of wood with a hole in it a gadget). I've found that regular pizza cutters work great for thin crust, but they are sorely lacking ability to cut deep-dish and personal pan pizzas with really thick edge crust. This thing makes me wonder why anyone ever invented the metal wheel pizza cutter. I mean, aboriginees could have figured this out (maybe they did), and it works way better in my opinion. It's also EASIER TO CLEAN and won't rust, and doesn't make that annoying squeeky noise when you use it. It looks like overkill when you use it on those small personal pizzas, but why take any chances! :D
UPDATE: Just want to add that one of the most useful features I find myself using in this cutter is the ability to scoop out those small pizzas from my toaster oven. If you cook small pizzas on the rack, this can serve double-duty, scooping them out, and then cutting them. It's big enough that you can hold it by the loop end, and use the other end like a mini pizza-paddle.
