I ordered 4 of these to give as Christmas gifts, along with recipe cards (from another company). I accidentally ordered the wrong size boxes. I called to see if I could return, reorder, and eat the difference and shipping costs. I was told by someone who barely spoke English to call back in 30 minutes (which would have been after 5, when they closed). I called in 15 and was actually told that I could try to send it back, but that I'd have to pay a restocking fee, and it was a lot of trouble for me and them to send it back. Also, I was told I'd have to have the packing slip to return them--The box didn't have one! Then they hung up on me! So except for the box they came in, I have no proof that I bought them there, and cannot return them.
