Customer Review: For the price..... it's nice.
Summary: 3 Stars
Nice, big, sturdy, heavy and thick. Has finger grooves on the sides so you can easily lift. It's exactly the type of cutting board/butcher block that I was looking for. HOWEVER..... my board does NOT look as nice and blemish free as the one in the photo. The wood in mine is definitely low grade. There are scorch marks, knots and blemishes all over the board, making it look like scraps were pieced together. I guess thats why it only costs $39.95. (Thus 3 stars instead of 5). For a wooden board this size, weight and thickness, it would definitely cost at least $70 or more if premium quality wood were used. Regardless, I like the board and I'm glad I bought it. So far, I've been using the board everyday for the last 2 weeks and its been a-okay. I'll edit my review after 6 months to report how it has held up.
