I got these as a 21st birthday gift and know next to nothing about wine, but I do know what that these are really lovely glasses. They have long, elegant stems and fit nicely in your hand. The flask that comes with them is an added bonus. It's a great price all together. My only small complaint is that the glasses themselves are a bit too thin, they seem very fragile...

Designed in a contemporary style with simple, rounded lines, this white-wine set is elegant enough for entertaining and practical enough for daily use. The set comes with four 9-1/2-inch-tall wine glasses with large bowls that hold up to 16 ounces of wine. Also included is a 12-1/4-inch-tall bell-shaped decanter with a 5-7/8-inch base and a stopper.
