Customer Review: Cute and Worth the Money

If i could give this product four and a half stars I would. My only problem was minimal.
I bought these glasses for my mom for Christmas to go with a new dining room table and buffet set she recently purchased. They fit the elegant modern style of the new dining room and they are a quality product. I don't know where these things had been stored but they were very dusty, box and all, when I received them. I had to wash them before returning them to the box and wrapping, just for them to be presentable, but that wasn't much of a problem (hence my wish that i could only knock off a half star). They are well packaged for shipping and there is not a chipped or broken glass in the bunch.
I have read several reviews that complain that these glasses are not heavy enough to be a quality product. I'm glad I took my chances. One review even compared them to the stemmed glasses. First, most of the weight of a wine glass comes from the stem and the base. With no stem to speak of and not much of a base, of course these weigh much less than a stemmed glass. Second, these have a rounded-balloon-type shape rather than a more fluted shape like many stemless wine glasses. This spreads the little weight that is left over a wider area and makes them feel even lighter. These are probably not going to be your every day drinking glasses. They are interesting to look at and touch, we use them as wine glasses for special occasions. We've finished out the holiday season and we haven't broken one yet. For the price of about $25, they are definitely worth it.

I have Mikasa wine glasses (very heavy, nicely made) and purchased these as a gift for a friend who likes stemless. When they arrived I checked them out before I wrapped them. While they look cool, and are great for not getting your glasses mixed up if you have guests, they are light & cheap feeling. Not at all what I expected from Mikasa or for the money, maybe from Walmart at a cheaper price.Customer Review: Prevent spills on carpet

I purchased these because we have carpet and I want to prevent spills. These are nice and big like the red wine glasses I already have. I'm not use to stemless ware (tumblers) yet so it almost looks like a candle holder but I'm sure with time they will grow on me. I also chose these because they are upper rack dishwasher safe.Customer Review: They look beautiful

The glasses look as great as the picture shows. I like their round shape, and the different patterns are a bonus.
The reason I gave four stars instead of five, is due to their weight. Normally I prefer a heavier base to keep the glass stable. Other than that, they are good quality.

These look beautiful, very understated, your guests won't see the designs until the wine goes into the glass but that's the great effect of these glasses, just pure beautiful clean design and the glass is just heavy enough not too thin or thick and they look great.
