I have the Microplane 46720 Premium Green Zester/Grater and just love the way it works and the high level of quality built into it. So when I saw this herb mill, I snatched it up for use during the Thanksgiving Holiday as one dish alone calls for 4 different fresh herbs. This Mill is easy to use and gets the job done much faster than chopping by hand - a child would be safe using it should you have tiny helpers in the kitchen as it does take two hands, well away from the blade. Dishwasher safe is a must for me as well. Great item that speeds up the cooking process. If you are serious about your herbs, you might also want Cuisipro Herb Keeper.
