I know that microplane has an excellent reputation, so was excited when I saw the box grater. However, it does not live up to my expectations. It is large and somewhat awkward. The slider attachment is difficult to use and practically useless. Also, it is difficult to clean. It is not worth the price....buy one of the hand held graters instead.
