Customer Review: Worst Product I Ever Bought

When I received this item I spent about 10 min testing it and then left the attchments in the kitchen. I'd noticed a noxious odor when I first opened the package. After an hour the smell was very strong. I put the gadgets in a zip lock package and put it in the basement stairwell. When I returned 4 hours later and opened the door the smell was very strong. I put the package outside. The next morning the smell was still present in my house. Something is very wrong. It's a chemical smell that could be toxic. I'm not taking a chance with this and have disposed of the product. This item should be taken off the market.
A secondary point is that the hose attachment has a circular valve to adjust the amount of vacuum. Your choices are 1/2 vent or open vent. Poor design.
Bottom line is that this is badly designed and may be hazardous to your health!

I had this product some years ago and as I hadn't used it I gave it to my son-in-law for his computer.
While trying to clean my window sills recently I realized that I was now sorry that I gave the product away so I placed another order. It works great for so many other uses besides cleaning your computer and its' components (window sills, nooks and crannies and all of those small areas that your vacuum attachments can't reach or are too big for). Guess you really do need to think outside the box with products.
The company, Cyberguys, handled the sale efficiently and I received this product in no time flat. I'm only sorry that I didn't think to order two (2) sets. I did call the Cyberguys and their customer service is terrific and willing to work with consumers for additional attachments.

It's nice to know that I'm not the only one who finds those compressed air can things completely useless in cleaning crap out of my electronics. It's bad enough taht they're bad for the environment, they also don't work as well as the price tag says they should. Thank goodness for this attachment set!
All hype aside, this product works exactly as the makers claim. Use the power of your vacuum to get all the crap out of your keyboard, CPU, stereo and anywhere else. I particularly like the brushes.
I've also found that the dust I'm after is stubborn. You really do need the full power of a vacuum to get at it. So forget those handheld deals that hook into your USB port or whatever. This product is cheaper than a lot of them and works better than all of them.

Awesome! Don't even think about getting one of those so-called "computer vacuums." These attachments are exactly what you want them to be and they work magnificently. They feel like using precision dental tools. Also, on the fitting attaching the hose to your vacuum, there is a twist adjustment that controls the degree of suction. It's made to compensate for the difference of power between a hand held and upright vacuum unit, but what it allows you to do is control the suction power. Fantastic. You can do away with air cans, altogether, if you want to. Or, if you're as compulsive as I am, use the air cans in conjunction with your vacuum for an unbeatably clean computer. Suction is that good. These attachments really work.
I am thrilled with this product.

I purchased this product because reviews of other hand vacuum cleaners said suction is weak. There's an attachment that fits over the hose of a full-size vacuum cleaner. In this way, you'll get the power you need. The attachments are excellent for reaching in between the keys of computer keyboards, as well as tight spaces in printers and computers. What really enhances this product is the accompanying hose. It is this that will also give the ability to fit into tight spaces in printers and inside computers, especially mini desktops like the HP Pavilion. This product is excellent, especially for its price. I'm pleased I bought it and highly recommend same.
