I have purchased four of these sets as gifts over the past couple of years and everyone who got one tells me how great it is.
I have used the opener and the tools that come in the set (wax whacker, foil cutter, etc.) on many occasions and find it to be an extremely well-made product which is also extemely easy to use.
You will definitely get your money's worth!

I was given one of these as a gift and I really like it. I find it is easy to use, and I like that it stores in its own case. Somethings to be aware of is that the parts are mostly plastic (don't let the silver look in the picture fool you). Also, the cork release doesn't always work, and when that happens you have to untwist the cork yourself form an akward angle.Customer Review: Best corkscrew on the market

I purchased the Metrokane Gift Set for my husband who has always struggled opening wine bottles. You have no idea how easy this corkscrew is to use, no more pieces of cork in the wine and 1-2-3 the cork pulls right out without having to strain or pull a muscle!.. I love this corkscrew system. My husband just bought it for our anniversary. I have loved this corkscrew, since using it at a winery I work at in Tennessee. It never failed us and was a time saver during big events, like concerts and tastings that required a lot of bottles to be opened at a rapid rate. Although I have extremely arthritic hands, I find this opener easy to operate. The accessories (foil cutter, wax remover, etc.) are also useful, even though I forget to use them as I'm not use to having them. I also like the fact that everything is contained in the same place/holder and the appearance is such that it can be left out on the bar.
