Customer Review: easy to use works well

A friend of mine brought this over to try out last night, and it works REALLY well. I've always had problems with corkscrews, and I opened two bottles last night on my first try. The important thing is that you keep turning in the same direction once all the way in to the cork, don't switch directions (don't know why we thought we needed to, but it doesn't work if you switch directions). The foil cutter was a little awkward to figure out how to use at first, but once we understood it, it worked like a dream.
