The main thing I dont like about this coffee maker is that it only fits Melitta pods. It doesnt fit any other size pods, like Folgers, Maxwell house. The other ones taste better but if you want to use them you have to squish them down in the pod holder and then the coffee maker leaks. At least the other makers use different brand pods. It also doesnt make enough coffee so i usually have to press the 5oz and 8oz to get a good cup.Customer Review: Better Pods!!!!!

I agree with other reviewers that the Melitta coffee pods are sub par, However, I have found a web site <podhead.com> that makes melitta style pods with superior coffee. There are various blends available. I have chosen to go with the Italian Roast which is excellent.
