I had a copco kettle for about 5 years that I loved, but it became gross after sitting on the stove for all those years. I replaced it with a pretty green copco kettle expecting to love it as well, but I did not. I often asked myself how hard is it to make a kettle where it heats up quickly and all the water comes out?!?
I received the Rondell from my lovely husband for Christmas. I love this kettle more than my original copco. It heats up quickly due to the UFO shape, all the water easily pours out, and the handle stays comfortably cool. I'm not super crazy about the color (I have the blue, which I liked better than the pinky red), but the quality of the kettle more than makes up for the strange color. I have never used the whistle-y part because I find a screaming kettle annoying in the morning, so I don't know if the whistle works well or not. Side note, this one goes in the pantry every morning; I'm not sacrificing another kettle (especially this one) to my husband's messy cooking style.
