Customer Review: SO much better than the Keurig Brand filter

Wow! If you are hesitating at all - its is worth the $$ to get these Filters - the coffee is just as wonderful as what comes from the disposables, or even from a normally brewed pot of coffee.
I have used my Keurig every day for 1 year now and switch on and off between the disposable kcups (when I'm in a rush) vs the Keurig brand reusable filter system (plastic housing and filter). My main issue with the reusable filter was the coffee simply wasn't as strong as what came out of a kcup. So I had to use a lower cupsize or overfill the filter and get grounds in my coffee, I even started buying DARK roast strong coffee to make it strong enough....
So I am SO GLAD I finally found these!! they are about 1cm (1/4 inch) deeper so they hold more coffee, yet they still fit absolutely perfectly into the standard Keurig plastic housing... makes you wonder why keurig made such a short filter!).
This morning I am sitting down with my first cup of coffee brewed with my newly arrived Medelco filters. I watched the coffee stream out of the machine into my cup (using the largest cup size), and it was deep dark brown the entire pour. The coffee even frothed a little like bodum coffee does... (which I always assume means it is a little stronger). It smells great, and tastes like a real cup of coffee should.
PS - you still need to have the Keurig reusable plastic housing to make these work!!!! don't be like that 1* guy who doesn't understand the concept!
