Customer Review: Mauviel 13x9 deep dish roasting pan

I love this pan!
I got it primarily to make lasagna in and I've finished my 4th batch in it now. The pan looks great, and cleans up nicely. The heavy weight feels nice in my hands.
I love the deep depth. I can put in my lasagna and have enough room to put foil on top and not have it touch the food while it cooks.
The handles are tall enough that I can grab the hot pan and keep my mits out of the food.
Being 13.6 x 9.8 makes it a slightly oversize 9x13 which I like. It just gives that "extra" bit of space.
The description of the handles say they "stay cool" but I'm not going to try that out, it's oven mits for me.
