I have been using this scraper for about 2 months. I purchased it so that I would not have to worry about the counter being nicked or scratched when making breads and rolls.
It works very well, easily cleanable and nonstick. It cuts through dough easily and cleans counters well.
My only concern is the durability of the product. I too have found that the edges are easily dented and nicked. Even when I received the product, the packaging had caused damage to the edge of the scraper. I would have returned it but I needed the scraper. I agree with other users that it is a good deal for the money. Just be careful when storing and using the scraper to prolong the life of the edges.
