I can't seem to get the hang of the panini pan and thought that the least I could do would be to keep it clean--hence, the scraper. Panini pan: fine, but not easy for me to use; Scraper: fine, and I seem to have scraper operation down pat.Customer Review: does exactl y what it says it does
