This scraper only works with the Mario Batali panini pan - the grooves don't line up with my Cuisinart Panini pan.
(However, it's probably a good scraper if you have the correct pan).

Love this little item and my panini maker. I use the scraper also to pick up panini. It is very durable and has a nice color. Easy to wash, too.
