Customer Review: My favorite pan!

I ordered this pan after reading a review in the L.A. Times titled, "Evolve, pizza pan!" When the pan finally arrived, (it was back-ordered on every site that sells it, perhaps due to the article?) it was poorly packaged in a huge box with just a couple of those air pillow things, and like everyone else who has reviewed so far, I got a broken one. I returned it, but I was very pleased with Amazon's quick response. They overnighted a new one immediately, before they even received the broken one, and the new one was intact. The pan is truly wonderful. I use it almost every day. I roast chicken, vegetables, kebabs, French fries (they come out perfect on this), potato skins, stuffed mushrooms, and of course pizzas and hot sandwiches. Everything cooks evenly and the pan is easy to clean. I have used it once or twice on the stove top, but it's kind of big so the cooking doesn't come out as even. It is a very heavy pan, but easy to clean and nice to look at. I liked it so much, I sent one to my mom for Mother's Day. I had it overnighted, which was expensive, but I guess the couriers are more careful with next day air packages because she did not receive a broken one. She loves it and uses it as much as I do.
I highly recommend this versatile, quality pan.
