Bought this product due to it's good reviews that it received from various sources. Thought it was a good price for a "good" spoon. The wood finish is very rough. In a quality spoon the wood should be sanded smooth, nothing should catch on it. This spoon will pull lint off of a dish towel. It has an okay handle, but is not very comfortable. The bowl of the spoon is on the shallow side for being a "soup" spoon, it doesn't have the compacity to hold much liquid or product. It is just a large, wide spoon with a shallow bowl. Oxo makes a much, much better product at a fraction of the cost. I expected a good solid, smooth spoon and this one fell way short. Don't waste your money on this piece of crap.
