Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Marcato Atlas Wellness 150 Pasta Maker, Stainless SteelCustomer Review: decent machine Summary: 5 Stars
this thing works well. I use it for pasta and flatbread(chapotis).
it is smaller than it looks on the picture. It has 9 settings but I will
only use the first 4 because I like thick pasta but it makes really thin sheets if you want ravioli or lasagna. The pasta cutters really work well too. Thin spaghetti is a breeze. Worth the money,65, dont spend more,
its not necessary unless your commercial.
Customer Review: well built machine Summary: 5 Stars
I have had this machine for 16 years, and it is absolutely fabulous. It is extremely well built and easy to use. It makes really delicate and delicious pasta. The person who said that their machine was falling apart after one month should have returned the machine for another - they have a three year manufacturer's warranty. Hand made pasta is hard work, but this machine makes it a bit easier.
Customer Review: Not made to last Summary: 1 Stars
This was perfect for the first few days. After a couple pounds of dough, the handle would fall out, the clamp would loosen after turning the crank and one of the rollers stopped working. The spring on the dial seemed to have problems and it felt like it kept getting jammed when making the angel hair. I made the mistake of buying the same product twice and it failed me twice. Don't buy it.
Customer Review: Atlas Pasta Machine Summary: 5 Stars
I love this machine! It is very easy to use. I need to always eat whole grains and don't like the store bought whole grain pasta & noodles. The ones I make are much better and the machine makes rolling the dough very easy.Atlas Original Italian Pasta Machine, Stainless Steel
Customer Review: The only way to make pasta! Summary: 5 Stars
I have had one of these for years, and my friends always ask for pasta when they come over for dinner. Fresh is the only way to go. It's quick, easy and inexpensive to make your own pasta. About 20 minutes total, the pasta dries by itself if you can't use it immediately. Fresh cooks in about 7-8 minutes. Your family won't want to go out as much when you feed them fresh!
