We only sell our product through authorized retailers or directly on our web site or via our direct response television commercial. We are the owner of the trade mark "Magic Bullet" and exclusively sell our product under the Magic Bullet name throughout the world. We are not affiliated with the Magic "Kitchen" Bullet, the Amazing Chef, Amazing Bullet, or any other similarly named product which attempts to trade on our goodwill. Additionally, we have identified several counterfeit sellers who are using the Magic Bullet and Homeland Housewares names, trademarks, copyrights and patents without our permission. Unfortunately online auction sites, draw a number of unauthorized replicas. These are not legitimate products and should not be purchased. We cannot attest to the safety or quality of these unauthorized replicas since we do not manufacture or authorize them. We warrant only those Magic Bullets that are purchased from us or our authorized distributors, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in our "10-Second Recipes And User Guide".
We receive numerous complaints from customers who are confused by and have purchased Magic Bullet look-a-likes and have been very dissatisfied with the quality. We continuously and successfully pursue the factories and distributors, of these unauthorized copies, including all auction site vendors, to the fullest extent of the law. If you have purchased one of these inferior products from a seller on auction site we strongly suggest you file a complaint with those sites, post a negative comment on the seller's profile, return the product to the seller and post a message here so others will not similarly be taken advantage of.

Customer Review: Awesome little blender

I am currently on my second bullet blender and I still absolutely love it. I bought from the website when my first one finally gave out from a lot of use and I got their two for one deal so in a sense, I got two complete systems with the blender and juicer attachments for the price of one. I still have the extra one for when my current one wears out. They do try to push a lot of extra stuff on you when you order over the phone which is annoying but you can always say no and you will still be able to get the two-for-one deal using the infomercial number. I have bought a lot of things off infomercials and they all try to get more out of you so I guess it is just the way they all are. That being said, I will buy this again whenever my extra one wears out and I also bought a 2-for-1 set and gave them as gifts to family. My kids can make their own smoothies and drinks and I don't have a big mess to clean up and I don't have to drop whatever I am doing to pull out the big blender whenever they want a smoothie. It is also healthier and cheaper to buy frozen fruit in bulk and make your own smoothies at home. They taste much better too. My favorite smoothie is 3/4 to 1Cup of nonfat plain yogurt, stuff in as many frozen strawberries as you can, add 4 or more packets of splends depending on how sweet you like it, and some sugar-free orange drink(I like the Orange Great Value drink mix from Wal-Mart-it's like the Crystal Light orange sunrise drink mix but tastes more like tang, yumm). When I need to clean up I just toss the cups and blender blades in the dishwasher(top rack). I also grid coffee beans in it and it works great for that. I blend up eggs for scrambled eggs, omelets or frittatas and it is much better than doing it by hand with a wisk because the scrambled eggs really fluff up. I use it to puree some of my soups to help thicken the broth, mix instant pudding quickly, make homemade salsa(one pulse blends everything up great). . . I can't imagine not having one in my kitchen. I really recommend this product. This is the first product I have ever purchased from an infomercial that actually does what it says.Customer Review: Bad Customer Service Practices

Bought the magic bullet a couple months ago and used it every day. The plastic stubs on the glasses started to break off and the spinner which is also made of plastic broke. When I tried to get replacement parts the customer service department sent me this message:
Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Magic Bullet. We would like to assist you with replacement parts for your Magic Bullet, but since you do not have proof of purchase, we will need to determine that our replacement parts will be compatible with your Magic Bullet. Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming success of our product we have identified several unauthorized replicas of the Magic Bullet. We cannot attest to the safety or quality of using our replacement parts with these unauthorized replicas since we do not manufacture or warranty them.
If you wish to purchase replacement parts without proof of purchase, we will need to first identify if your Magic Bullet is actually manufactured by Homeland Housewares. Please send us a copy of the following pages from your 10-Second Recipe book and User guide as follows:
