We only sell our product through authorized retailers or directly on our web site or via our direct response television commercial. We are the owner of the trade mark "Magic Bullet" and exclusively sell our product under the Magic Bullet name throughout the world. We are not affiliated with the Magic "Kitchen" Bullet, the Amazing Chef, Amazing Bullet, or any other similarly named product which attempts to trade on our goodwill. Additionally, we have identified several counterfeit sellers who are using the Magic Bullet and Homeland Housewares names, trademarks, copyrights and patents without our permission. Unfortunately online auction sites, draw a number of unauthorized replicas. These are not legitimate products and should not be purchased. We cannot attest to the safety or quality of these unauthorized replicas since we do not manufacture or authorize them. We warrant only those Magic Bullets that are purchased from us or our authorized distributors, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in our "10-Second Recipes And User Guide".
We receive numerous complaints from customers who are confused by and have purchased Magic Bullet look-a-likes and have been very dissatisfied with the quality. We continuously and successfully pursue the factories and distributors, of these unauthorized copies, including all auction site vendors, to the fullest extent of the law. If you have purchased one of these inferior products from a seller on auction site we strongly suggest you file a complaint with those sites, post a negative comment on the seller's profile, return the product to the seller and post a message here so others will not similarly be taken advantage of.

I have owned my Magic Bullet for just over 2 years. It still has not worn out.
I workout, lift weights and body build. So I need to be able to make protein shakes, nutritious drinks, smoothies and recovery shakes 3 or 4 times a day. A blender can have more power but it is bulky and hard to clean! NOT CONVENIENT.
The Magic Bullet allows me to whip up a single serving shake within 60 seconds and clean up is as simple as running the blade and cup under the faucet. I am done within 2 minutes TOTAL !!!!!!
My one gripe is that I think the Magic Bullet should be upgraded a bit...a little more power, slightly less noise and sturdier blades.
YES...you can make smoothies. The MB will not crush ice into a fine mesh like a high end blender would but it does the job considering what you are using it for. If you serve more than 1, 2 or 3 people at a time, you will want a blender. For my girlfriend and I it was a DREAM COME TRUE!!!!! We toiled and fussed with the blender, it was always in use so it was always out in view, taking up space, etc. We each use the MB 3 or 4 times a day each....so 6 to 8 times total over a 2 year period of time. It has not broken down or worn out! I am impressed. We are getting a new one because we do feel like the old one is going to give out though in the next year and we want to have a backup....so the old one will be stored away JUST IN CASE.
I can highly recommend this product. We have even given these out as gifts for birthdays and Xmas and every single recipient has loved it! I saw it on an infomercial and bought it the next day. Normally, I do not purchase like that but this was a great solution for our lifestyle. Two 40 somethings on the go, staying fit, with a need for a simple, easy to clean blender.
Check out your large retail brick and mortar wholesale stores for the best prices. I got a 25 piece MB for $35 as a gift for my Review: I can no longer recommend this after 6 months of use
Summary: 2 Stars Let me just say I will NEVER consider getting another one. The components are made of decent quality plastic but they are poorly designed. When working it can do a lot of great things though.
Pros: small, very powerful, does what the promos says but the unit does not last very long. (See Cons 2)
Cons 1) The glasses, cups, and attachments are all made out of the type of plastic that scratches very easily when cleaning with a mild scrubber sponge.
Cons 2) The bottom of the blade attachment uses a rubber gear to engage with the motors spin mechanism. To run the blender the user pushes down on the cup which comes into contact with the gear on the motor. So when the user pushes down too lightly the base motor grinds and burns off the rubber on the underside of the blade. This is how I ruined my first blade. There will be smoke and rubber smell in the air with rubber shavings around. So when you use the bullet make sure you push down with authority so you don't grind away the engaging rubber on the underside of the blade.
All I thought I had to do is be conscious of this with the second blade. WRONG. I was VERY careful to push down with authority from that point on. Situations came up, and guess what, I eventually burned up the second blade too. My $45 bucks for the thing only lasted me 6 months.
Cons 3) I wish the glasses and attachments were stackable to reduce/space needed to store away all the components.
Cons 4) The inside of the glasses/cups are ribbed/reinforced with a lines of plastic from bottom to top making it hard to just insert a sponge and wash out. Probably the dumbest thing about the bullet.
Cons 5) When ice gets ground in a smoothie there are always good chunks of ice that don't get ground good enough and get left behind.

Some people are used to complaining about everything. We are NOT those type of people. This product is a solely a money-maker for someone.
The Magic Bullet is ONLY for smoothies. I have serious doubts as to whether it processes smoothies all that well. But, if in some alternate universe one could say that the Magic Bullet has a strength, it would be the smoothie.
The Magic Bullet does AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE job on processing anything other than a relatively easy to mix smoothie. In other words, the MB does AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE job of processing nuts, vegetables, etc.
Just yesterday we tried to process roasted almonds to make a pie crust. This is no joke. The MB pulverized about 2/3 of the almonds while leaving the other 1/3 of the almonds COMPLETELY INTACT (Non-processed). And we kept pressing the Bullet thinking that it just needed more time. NOPE, extra time processing couldn't even rescue the reputation of the Magic Bullet's name.
As a result, we are instituting a "new" name for the Magic Bullet. The word "Magic" is being stripped and replaced by "Tragic." So, there you have it!
The TRAGIC BULLET.
What a HUGE waste of our time. We are very experienced at baking AND cooking. THE LAST THING WE WANT TO DO IS SPEND TIME CLEANING A KITCHEN APPLIANCE THAT CAN'T EVEN COME CLOSE TO DOING A SATISFACTORY JOB.
I'm not even talking about a fabulous job. We'd be happy if this MB processor simply did an acceptable job (ie: satisfactory job)
But it DOES NOT do a satisfactory job.
DO NOT waste your money! You have worked hard to earn it!
You have been warned.
AND DO NOT even think about processing ANYTHING FROZEN. You will be seriously irritated.
