You don't want this awful product. First, what you get is not the MIU item made in France but a similar product made in China. It is completely non-functional. Flour accumulates between the screens and is almost impossible to get out of the sifter. Any of the MUCH less expensive products offerred will do a far superior job in your kitchen. Don't make the same mistake I did.
