Rolling Herb Mincer

This 18/10 stainless-steel rolling herb mincer reduces fresh cilantro or parsley leaves into fine pieces and can even be used to julienne or finely dice larger vegetables, such as peppers or potatoes. Rest one hand on the mincer?s rounded hood and simply roll the five wheel-like blades over herbs or vegetables to chop them. To clean, unlock and pull out the pin on the mincer?s side and the blade falls out of the bottom. You must exercise caution when handling the blades as they are extremely sharp and, unfortunately, the roller chopper does not come with any kind of a blade guard to protect fingers or drawers from nicks while it is in storage. This chopper has a beautiful mirror finish and is dishwasher-safe. --Cristina Vaamonde
