Description of MIU France Stainless Steel 10-Inch Open Fry Pan
The Frypan is as basic a cooking vessel as anyone can own and should be part of any kitchen. This 10 inch stainless steel open Frypan from MIU FRANCE has features that will impress any cook with its performance and durability. This pan has a 10 inch round cooking surface with 2 inch sides. The pan works great for cooking meats as well as cooking diced vegetables like onions in small amounts of cooking oil. The short sides of the pan allow easy utensil access to the pan's cooking surface. High temperature silicone spatulas work great conforming to all areas of the pan. The bottom of the pan is a tri-ply construction which means there is a .5mm aluminum disc sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel. This allows for even heat distribution over the cooking surface. The pan can be used for any heat source including gas, electric, and induction. The outer side surface of the pan is an attractive highly polished stainless steel. The handle offers a smooth round grip and is hollow round stainless steel welded in such a way as to limit heat transfer from the pan body to the handle making the handles "stay cool" as long as not placed directly over a burner. Stainless steel retains its beauty long after the beginning of the pan's use. Stainless is also the preferred cooking surface of many chef's because it does not absorb any food flavors and it easy to clean.
