MIU France 2-piece blue composite cooking spoons, item # 10011. A modern day update to the traditional cooking spoon. These cooking spoons are great for everyday use. The 15-inch spoon is long enough to stir deep pots of soup. They will not crack or split like traditional wooden spoons. They are heat resistant up to 430?F. They will not retain any food flavor or odor. The non-porous, smooth material makes them stain resistant and ideal for non-stick or metal cookware, since they will not scrape the delicate surfaces. Each set comes with one 12-inch and one 15-inch spoon. Each spoon has a hole on one end for hanging. These cooking spoons are dishwasher safe.Designed after traditional French wooden spoons, these two stirring spoons include a 15-inch length for plunging into deep pots of soup or stew and a 12-inch length for stirring shallower dishes. The spoons are made of food-grade high-density nylon, which is safe for use in temperatures up to 430 degrees Fahrenheit.
