Customer Review: Not really what I was looking for

The knife is very heavy and the spine is incredibly thick. This might be nice in a chefs knife or cleaver but IMO a nakiri being a vegetable knife should be thin light and nimble. This knife is none of those. It seems well made and reasonably sharp although I'm not sure yet how well it will hold an edge (and I'll probably never really know since it won't get much use in my kitchen).
