This thing is slick business. It's easier to crank than other openers and it really does leave a non-sharp edge. It's quite amazing.
The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the aesthetics. It could be a little bit more attractive, but.. honestly, who cares? It works great!

We were really happy with this can opener at first. Really easy to use, very smooth cuts..
but after a few months it got really rusty and stopped cutting deeply enough to open the can.
We're very annoyed and will have to buy a different one. Never will we buy MIU products again.

The can opener is compact, easy to turn, and looks nice too. I used it for the first time when I got the item and was surprised at how easy it was to turn the knob. It doesn't leave a jagged edge on the top of the can either which is great. The price is awesome as well.Customer Review: Best 5 Stars
I have tried several brands of can openers, but this is the most safe of all. While cutting a can, this can opener smoothens the sharp edges.Initially, it took me 2-3 attempts to open a can, but once I got the hang of the product, it was faily smooth.

Easy to use, great price, and a low profile for the kitchen drawer. I bought this to make recycling cans easier -- it really does leave the edge smooth on the can and the lid, so both pieces can be handled without concern when loading up the recycling.
