I enjoy the cheerful colors. I intended to use these as kitchen cutting mats. Due to the thinness I chose to use them as craft mats. If I knew how thin they would be I would not have purchsed them. Flexible yes, so are other mats I have purchased they are thicker and protect your surface and knife edge. These do not.Customer Review: Ok, for the price

I wanted to have separate cutting boards for meats and vegetables. So I bought this item. But when I used it to cut meat with bones, the sheets were getting deep marks of the knife. I think that they may serve as use and throw but not for long term. They are ok for vegetables but still leave the scars of the knife.Customer Review: Best cutting surface

I love the flexability of these cutting surfaces. My old one had so many cut scratches I thought I better replace it. I ordered these. There are great. They make it easy to cut and move it right to the pan or pot or where ever you need to move it to. Light weight and easy to wash. Just so conveinant.Customer Review: Indispensable!

I don't know how I ever got along without these. They provide a sanitary surface to chop or cut up anything. When you're done, the excess can be folded up and put in the garbage or disposal. I absolutely love them to death, no exaggeration! No more dirty wood surfaces or chopping on the counter for me.Customer Review: Wonderful cutting mats color coded and not flimsy like most.

Not flimsy like most I find in the stores. I love the color coding, and wrote on one side with a permanent marker so we do not cross-contaminate which one is what. Package has it marked, how cool is that. I just copied it and easy wash up and this probably will last alot longer than most! Love em!
