Before purchasing this product I read a review that said these cutting boards were not flexible enough. They are just as flexible as other brands and they lie flat on the counter. I store them standing on the side of a cabinet and they take no room at all. The different colors are great too when cutting differert kinds of foods. I remember seeing these cutting boards a while ago in an expensive kitchen catalogue. I am now in my summer quarters with limited kitchen storage and needed new cutting boards. I went to Amazon and put in the description. Success!! Just what I wanted, easy to clean and storage is less that 1/2". I got these for $10 thats $2 a piece, good bargain. Love the idea that they are thin for storage and flexible so you can transfer chopped stuff right to the pan or bowl without dropping. Color coded so you remember not to cut your fresh fruit or veggies on the same one as the raw chicken. Great value, easy on your knives, and extremely convient.Customer Review: Wonderful

The boards are the perfect size for cutting and transporting across the kitchen. The colors make it easy to assign a designated use for each board: green for veggies, red for meat, &c.
When I ordered them, I thought I might share with friends or family, but I'll just have to keep them for myself, maybe by another set or two for giving!

These flexible cutting boards do the job they are suppose to.
They do warp a little bit in the dishwasher as another reviewer had mentioned.
I like to purchase these and use them as to not cross contaminate.
I like that they are flexible so that I can bring content right over to pot or pan when cooking.
