A set of FIVE cutting boards is almost too great to imagine! For me, they are a tremendous help when I am making soups, sauces and stews. They make it so much easier to transfer ingredients from the counter to the stove or crock pot without having to stop and clean before I move to the next type of ingredients.
I consider them a great help and a bargain.

For the price this item is well worth it to provide a clean and sanitary working surface. It is a lot cheaper than having to pay the doctor bills if you were to get sick from working in unsanitary conditions. YOu can use them to cover the table, or the cutting block, or the counter. Whatever surface you want to work on and want to be sure is clean enough to work on.Customer Review: Curls like crazy!

Product arrived in record time. Great product in concept but not so good in execution. NIce weight, heavier than you normally find in stores but ... the sheets curl badly after the first use. Probably a function of being manufactured in large rolls, then cut to size. I'll continue to use them for a while but eventually replace them with flatter product. I use these just about every time I cook... I put two of them together, to protect the counter, when I am preparing ribs for grilling. And I use them when just chopping vegetables. They do show some wear from the knives but overall, have held up well for $7. I've always hand washed them, never put them in the DW.. as I figured they're too thin/flimsy for that.Customer Review: too thin for heavy cutting

These are a good size, have reasonable flexibility, but I think that they are simply too thin for serious cutting. Almost any slice laves a rather deep gouge in the surface. I have almost felt that my knife was going to cut all the way through the mat. OK for some kitchen uses, but I would recommend something thicker and tougher as a real cutting surface.
