These cutting boards from MIU France are actually made in China. (I know that might matter to some shoppers.) The reviews are pretty accurate. They are a bit stiff. I haven't had issues with them curling in the dishwasher but I don't use the heat dry setting. They do seem to scar easily but it hasn't become an issue yet. I punched a hole on one side so that I can hang them on a hook.Customer Review: Functional but flimsy

I think the term "cutting board" is a little misleading. "Cutting mats" would be a more accurate name for them. I was disappointed about how thin and flimsy these mats are. I've used one of them approximately four times and it has cuts that go all the way through the mat. Its only been used to cut vegetables with a santuko knife. I'm just glad I didn't pay more for them.Customer Review: Cheap and works great

The great thing about them is that they're color coded and convenient. I use different colors for cutting veggies and bread. The great advantage is that they're thin and can be stored easily. I don't these for meat, so I just wash and rinse quickly and set them aside to dry. They're just really convenient for what I use them for and they're cheap. Though these claim to be dishwasher safe, i can say that they are not. After one trip to the dishwasher these have curled so badly that they have become useless. To use these right now i have to put weights in all four corners of the board, and if i try to pick them up, they snap to curl shape so fast whatever rememnants are on the board fly into the air. I've used these great cutting sheets for years and LOVE them!! They're great cutting boards that take very little space to store... Easy to clean, I love them even more for use in the freezer. I make my own sausage and put out the patties on these sheets to quick freeze. They bend readily to sueeze onto narrow shelves. What did I ever do before I discovered them?!!
