My wife was asking for a candy thermometer to cook with and I decided to go with this one as it was not too expensive and looked like a good deal. My wife has loved this one. She loves how it has the clip on the back so she can clip it to the pan not making her have to hold it while she cooks. I was concerned that the numbers would start to ware off as I have read with some they were off after the first use and They have yet to even start to disappear on ours. It seems very acurate and was a good buy.

It has a stainless-steel frame and is sturdy and features a metal clip that will hold the thermometer safely to the side of your pan.
