perfect balance,
excellent blade,
a pure pleasure to use.
Do NOT put in the dishwasher.
These are fine cutting instruments
Careful, light ,sharpening occasionally.
Be nice to them and they will reward you greatly.

These knives saved my thanksgiving. Since my husband moved out and took his sharp knives with him I was knifeless. These nifty knives were used for chopping, slicing and craving. Yeah.Customer Review: Best Knives

I don't believe there is a better knife made. I am still using a set I was given in the early 70's, so I bought this one as a gift. Be careful, they are sharp!!
