This is an amazing knife. It slices perfectly and is light in my hand. I do a lot of chopping, and I mean a lot, since I'm a Raw food chef. Therefore, I need something that isn't going to get heavy in my hand and that will last a long time. This is perfect! I've had my knife for about two years now.
