Luigi Bormioli has proven to me that they possess the exceptional quality of service that I would like to be able to expect from all vendors. When my product arrived broken from shipment, amazone.com would not replace it due to the fact that it was past their deadline. I contacted the Luigi Bormioli company and they were heappy to replace the broken glasses. When they arrived, however, they were the wrong glasses. I returned them to the company, along with the broken glasses I had received to be sure they sent the correct glasses. Again they happily sent new glasses and even included a few extra in case any broke in shipment again. I would highly recommend these glasses and this company!

Through an innovative cold-crack procedure and careful fire-polishing, the rims of Luigi Bormioli stems and tumblers retain the beadless edge found on the world's finest crystal. Dishwasher safe yet beautiful enough for all of your entertainment needs, our stemware, tumblers and serveware allow you to experience fine Italian glassware while meeting the demands of your everyday life.A blue martini or a gimlet is just a little more suave when served in these thick, substantial Italian-made martini glasses with narrow bowls and a simple, rounded design. Each of the six glasses in this set holds 7-1/2 ounces and stands 6-3/4 inches tall. The Michelangelo Masterpiece martini glasses are made of lead-free crystalline and have the appearance of traditional glassblowing craftsmanship; however, they are created by machine using a glass fusion technology that produces a more flawless glass and does not impact the environment. The clarity of the glass is owed to the use of pure quartz sands with a high silica content.
