This skillet was a gift for my husband. He enjoys cooking and wanted for some time to try unseasoned cast iron cookware (you can get preseasoned cookware, but he wanted to be there with his skillet from the beginning). He's been using it quite a bit. Just tonight he lamented that he hadn't used it in a couple days so he would certainly make something for dinner tomorrow that called for his skillet. In sum, he is a very satisfied user!Customer Review: Never Get UNSEASONED!

never buy an unseasoned castiron pot! what a rusty, sticky, disaster! baking it with oil as direction say did not do anything, and really, it is just a waste of money. you would not eat out of a pot that looks this way!Customer Review: good pan
