These mits are a great ideal. I had to have them! I ordered the mits along with two more items, each item arrived at different times, but the mits never came. It seems like I pushed the order button and it was at my door INSTANTLY! This little mitt is perfect for my Lodge cast iron pan... Easy to slip on and use. The pan is fantastic too. I use it so much that I just keep it out on my high-tech cooktop! Some old standbys just keep being valuable to us cooks!Customer Review: Not what I wanted

I meant to get a regular oven mitt. Should have paid closer attention to the "Handle Mitt" part of the title. This item seems a little pointless to have. It doesn't really bend at all. It seems really small too. It wouldn't fit on the handle of our pan. So it would only fit on a small handle basically.Customer Review: Good mitt

Fits perfectly over my cast iron skillet handles, and I can keep it on even while cooking. One word of caution, however, this thing is worthless when wet. If it gets wet it will conduct heat and burn you. (But, really, this is just a matter of physics and any cloth-based mitt will behave the same way).Customer Review: A Necessity

This handle mitt is absolutely necessary when using your cast iron skillet! It can also be used for any other handle as well though. For instance, if you have your regular pan and put it in the oven to bake or broil, you can use the mitt to take out the pan without using a large oven mitt. A must have!
