I love this pan. After seasoning it and up keep on it my pan is a beautiful 10 year old pan. Looks brand new! I am so happy I have been learning to cook in cast iron & enamled cast iron. Food is sooooooo much better.
Right now I am getting ready to whip up a batch of Corn Bread made with sour cream

I got this pan and made a batch of Scones. I sprayed the pan with Pam and put it in a cold oven. I then preheated it and the oven while I mixed up my batch of homemade scones. When I took them out I let them cool about 10 minutes before removing scones from pan. There where no stuck on bits after removal. Just use hot water to clean then dry thoroughly and spay pan.

I tried my Cornbread Wedge Pan for the very first time this morning,I happen to have Betty Crocker cornbread & muffin mix 6.5 ounce package. I used a small ice cream scoop to divide the batter equally and baked as directed it turns out perfectly there is just enough batter to fill each of the wedge halfway up a baked up beautifully. don't forget to use nonstick spray or you will deftly have problems.Customer Review: Best Cornbread I ever made

I like cooking efforts to be simple and reliable. I use "Jiffy" corn muffin mix (8.5 oz package) and my Lodge Cornbread Wedge Pan to get perfect cornbread every time. As long as the pan is properly oiled, the wedges pop out easily and cleanup is minimal using hot water and a brush. Simple and reliable, just the way I like it. Topped with butter and honey, the cornbread wedges are outstanding.Customer Review: Instant family heirloom.

Lodge cast iron is awesome. It's like quality leather: if you care for it properly, it just gets better with age. This pan really isn't much of a multi-tasker, but it makes yummy cornbread and is a must have if you enjoy the crusty crust all the way around. If you'd rather have a cut edge on your cornbread wedges, just pour it in a preheated 10" skillet and make one big piece for slicing.
