First the good. It cooks great, size is perfect. Handles oven to burners better than any other roast pan out there. Now the bad...this thing is HEAVY. 20 lbs before you put anything on it!!! A healthy Turkey can send it upwards of 40 lbs! I can handle it, but not my wife. Even when I do, I need some heavy-duty gloves, oven mitts will not due. How the heck you're supposed to take this thing camping I don't know. This isn't for everybody.Customer Review: Iron Fish Pan was ordered but never arrived
