Customer Review: Exactly what I wanted

I had wanted a really large pan, and I wanted to get away from Teflon pans due to possible health issues with them, so this pan fits the bill. I never used a cast iron pan before, and didn't know what to expect. It turns out that I really like this pan, and have not had problems with food sticking. The pan came nicely pre-seasoned. I also like that cast iron will last a lifetime if properly cared for.
