I bought this pan for my husband just so he can cook pancakes. He loves it and it does a great job. Sides are made low so you can turn a pancake over real easy. Just wipe it out when your done and it is ready for the next time. Doesn't hurt that it is made in the USA. Took me awhile to find a good pan like this one is. Most of the cast iron pans are not USA and you can tell when you use them, they stick alot. Had one and got rid of that one. Buy USA. Well worth it....Customer Review: best EVER pan

I use this griddle EVERY day. It's perfect for eggs, pancakes, grilled sandwiches, quesadillas, meats, fried noodles, omelettes, etc. When my husaband bought it for me back in the days when I didn't use cast iron much, to my shame I allowed it to sit idle for about a year before I finally got it seasoned and started to use it. I've never looked back, and now use cast iron almost exclusively, with this pan as my central piece. It never leaves the stovetop. EVER.Customer Review: Great griddle!

I hadn't done much cast iron cooking when I bought this griddle but now I use this pan all the time! It's fantastic for pancakes and eggs. We use it most frequently to make quesadillas (it gives a nice crisp texture to the outside). The cast iron retains the heat much better than stainless steel--and there is less sticking too. The shallow shape is perfect for lifting flat items out. I feel so much better not to be using nonstick pans, which are toxic.Customer Review: My oldest and most used pan

There are already plenty of reviews for this pan, so I won't waste your time with details or amusing anecdotes.
Let me just say that I've owned this pan for 15 years. I have used it 2-4 times per week during those years, mostly for tortillas, but also quesadillas, grilled cheese and other sandwiches. There is no better pan for those purposes. It is in better condition than ever and I fully expect to own it for the rest of my life.

Just love the round griddle already seasoned and ready to make the best pancakes, corn cakes and endless FRIED to death yummies (crispy fried porkshops are not to be beat) - Super easy to clean and is good quality stuff. I just love LODGE LOGIC cast iron - its my alltime favorite. With good care this should last a long while. I just have to remember putting a light coat of veggie oil after cleaning - its worth the extra step -
